It was announced last Thursday, October 30th that the sole Republican candidate for the New Hampshire House of Representatives, District 4, would not be able to accept the position if elected due to time constraints with fulfilling his duties. Enter Rick Weeks. With only days and hours before voting booths open he has been busy with his limited campaign time. Notes of interest include the following:
