Real Change
Rocker David Bowie sang about change in the early seventies. It seems that present day politicians are singing about change also. What kind of change? Well, real change, I guess as opposed to faux change. It has been rather odd during this Presidential election year to hear over and over again how these powerful politicians continually repeat the change mantra. Wait, haven’t you incumbent politicians been in a position to initiate real change before now? With a Congressional approval rating of 17% a real change is indeed what this country needs. Here’s the solution, we Americans vote for anyone that does not currently hold a political office. Now that would be real change bordering on monumental.
