Liberal Left Needs a New Target
Governor Sarah Palin has announced that she will resign by the end of July. It’s time for the liberal left in this country to let the McCain/Palin Presidential campaign come to an end.
Sarah Palin has been brutalized and virtually crucified by liberals nonstop since John McCain chose her to be the Vice-Presidential nominee last August 2008. Where have all the women’s groups been while Palin was being excoriated by the main stream media and left-wing liberals? The Feminist Majority, National Organization of Women, the National Women’s Political Caucus and The Women’s Media Center are groups that purport to uphold, represent and support the equality and diginity of all women. They fell short when it came to Sarah Palin. In actuality Governor Palin has removed these liberal groups’ facade and stripped off their makeup to expose the truth rendering their credibility obsolete. The truth being that they are just a tool of the far left liberal movement. Do they not understand this? Or do they enjoy getting used and abused as a group of helpless, ineffective women which would be in direct conflict for what they supposedly represent.
Sarah Palin represents a threat to the left. She is an attractive, smart, articulate, popular woman and worst of all – conservative. Her only crime – she is an attractive , smart, articulate, popular, conservative woman. Her detractors and critics have lambasted Palin and her family relentlessly for eight months.
As former President George Bush dropped off the liberal left radar screen Sarah Palin moved into the target area. Now that she is out of the political picture who will be the next conservative target on the liberal hit list?
