Shoe-Throwing Ingrate

During a farewell visit to Baghdad, Iraq yesterday President Bush was assaulted by a shoe-throwing ingrate. The shoes missed but the insult hit home. With the President being the Commander-in-Chief this was an insult to all Americans who have served in Iraq, those that have fought, been wounded and died for this country full of ingrates. To all those Iraqis that would applaud this cowardly act maybe you would be better off with another Saddam Hussein back in power. It will not be long before the Bush-haters exhibit their pleasure with this shameful incident. One can only imagine the outrage from this group if our next President is assaulted in this manner. Let’s see how much pleasure is derived when the shoe is on the other foot or off the other foot in this case. It’s a sure bet that this shoe-throwing coward kept his shoes on during the reign of Saddam Hussein. How do we know that? His head is still attached to his body.
