Tiller, Tiller, the Baby Killer Dead
Posted Under: Abortion
President Barack Obama said yesterday that he was “shocked and outraged” over the shooting death of notorious Kansas abortionist Dr. George Tiller. But where was Obama’s raw emotions when Tiller performed thousands of late-term abortions, including some in the ninth month of pregnancy?
The murder of Tiller doesn’t bring attention to an innocent man’s death, actually the opposite. But it does highlight the horrendous and brutal murder of the truly innocent- the unborn. While Obama calls for a “common ground” between pro-life and anti-life groups, none can be found. Murder is murder. Why charge Tiller’s killer with murder, but mourn a man responsible for the extermination of countless numbers of humans?
Why is one man’s life more important, valued, and treasured than thousands of unborn children? Why, if abortion is acceptable, are some criminals charged with two counts of murder of a pregnant woman?
The answer is simple. Abortion is murder. Fetuses are humans. There is no gray area. There is no “common ground.” The only tragedy of this story is that more abortion doctors exist to carry on Tiller’s ugly practice in his place. And, today, they are even more fervent in their resolve.
